June 13, 2020 - Welshan Takes Talladega Red Line Oil UCRA Victory Saturday
1Jason Welshan of Maryville, TN raced his Pontiac Trans Am Firebird into Victory Lane Saturday night at the Talladega Short Track winning the night's 40 lap Bama Duals presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil and the United Championship Racing Alliance series.

The Maryville, Tennesseean (# 01) earned the $2,000 prize over David Kay of Munford, GA in the Hux Motorsports, Competition Racing Equipment / Savage racecar, as the UCRA made their debut at TST with 25 Crate Late Model entrants. Welshan was last victorious in 2019 at Blue Ridge Motorsports Park on the UCRA tour winning the Georgia race last September on Labor Day weekend.

Kasey Hall was third at TST with locals Eli Beets and Cruz Skinner rounding out the Top 5. Friday's winner Jimmy Elliott was 6th overall, with rookie contender Jason Cardwell 9th. Soddy Daisy's Kenny Kizzar finished 11th whilst Jeff Neubert was 16th and Jeremy Holtzclaw was 23rd overall.


June 12, 2020 - Cleveland's Elliott Returns to UCRA Red Line Oil Championship Form
1 Jimmy Elliott of Cleveland, TN returned to form Friday night as the 2018 United Championship Racing Alliance - UCRA National Points Champion took the victory in the 1st BAMA RED LINE  OIL DUALS of the weekend.

Elliott in his # J39 "Elliott's Used Tires, HRS Mechanical, Mighty Muffler & Brake Center, Stealth Racing Carburetors, Car Smart Auto Sales, Orr Brothers Construction" Longhorn gained the lead from pole sitter / Gresham Racing Parts fast qualifier Ethan Hunter of Harrison, at the start and survived a tough battle with "The Bandit" Jason Welshan of Maryville, for his first UCRA victory of the season. <READ MORE>


June 2, 2020 - Hall & Holtzclaw Take Points Lead - Rounds 3 & 4 Announced Fort Payne & Talladega
The United Championship Racing Alliance: presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil produced a new points leader and a new Rookie of the Year points head man after Memorial Day weekend. Alabama's Kasey Hall (# 38) finished second and garnered enough points to squeek past 2018 UCRA champion Jimmy Elliott leaving Tazewell the current high points man. In the Rookie of the Year points chase Sparta's Jeremy Holtzclaw did the same against Jason Cardwell of Knoxville. The Dog & Company Racing Team (# 979) finished 10th overall at Tazewell whereas Cardwell fell to an 18th place nod. Soddy Daisy's Kenny Kizzar jumped to 3rd in points behind Elliott. Kentucky's Zane Powell and Jeff Neubert are chasing the $1,000 rookie title that Blue Ridge's Seth Wimpey won last year. <READ MORE>
